The Future of Public Space: Leading Architects and Designers to Sit Around the Discussion Table
Public space is not just an empty space between buildings, but a living organism that requires a sensitive approach, functional design and bold artistic interventions. This is the topic of an upcoming panel discussion that will bring together leading experts in urban planning, architecture and product design.
As part of the debate on practical and aesthetic interventions in the urban environment, Eva Blažková from the Olomouc-based Ječmen Studio, Richard Vodička, head of the design studio at Egoé, Miroslav Pospíšil, founder and chief architect of the renowned atelier-r, and Jana Křenková, who currently holds the position of chief architect of the city of Olomouc, will speak.
The aim of the discussion is to open a dialogue between the private sector, local government and the general public. The role of moderator of the discussion was taken by Robert Runták, an Olomouc patron and prominent collector of modern art.
