Workshop is a continuation of the lecture from 21.1.2026. Ticket for the lecture is included in the price of the workshop.

Come experience a unique method suitable for anyone (with or without experience) who would like to improve the naturalness, credibility, and authenticity of their public speaking, whether it be acting on camera, professional presentations, or self-development in their personal lives. Contents

Group workshop - max. for 6 people, duration 4 hours

  • Body as a tool for everyday communication - the basic tension of the body, which we use as the main means of expression to process and express all possible emotions.
  • You won't have time to think about how you should look or how you look. It will help you to let go of too much self-control.
  • You will discover the importance of a particular point of view, and develop the ability to imagine and focus.
  • You will know your type - you will discover whether there is an effortfulness or insecurity about you that causes unnecessary spasticity of expression. You will try out tips and tricks on how not to be in a spasm and how to act naturally.
  • Feedback to each participant + personal video and much more.

Lecturer KATEŘINA JANEČKOVÁ (1983)

He grew up in an acting environment and has been actively involved in this field since the age of 11. She has had dozens of roles in theatre, TV and film (e.g. Ugly Katka, Ulice, Národní Třída, where she also received a nomination for the Czech Lion, etc.) She was educated at the Drama Conservatory and at the University of Ham in Nonverbal Theatre (pantomime, clownery, physical theatre and author's work). She has been working as a lecturer and acting coach since 2016. She is co-founder of Kalegro Acting Workshops, which offers workshops for actors, companies, schools and those interested in personal development. And co-founder of the public platform "Kalegro Acting Database".
