The Happy Yoga project brings yoga and pilates to unusual and unique places. Together with Telegraph, they have created an event for you that combines a site-specific experience, exercise and good drinks. The exercise is suitable for both beginners and advanced users - we will focus on strengthening the core, improving posture and overall physical well-being.
