What are we planning for October at the gallery?

If you visit Telegraph Gallery regularly, you know that our program goes beyond the gallery space. In addition to long-term exhibitions, pop-up exhibitions are held throughout the year in the cinema and loft, as well as residencies of Czech and foreign artists, always ending with an Open Studio in their studio. You can also look forward to lecture series focused on the work of contemporary artists, the work of curators and the collecting of contemporary art with collectors, gallerists and curators.

With the new season comes a new exhibition. This time, Telegraph Gallery will present artist Anna Uddenberg.

22 10 2026 – 4 February 2027 White Noise: Anna Uddenberg

At the end of October, the gallery space will be transformed into a Koolhaasian junkspace , or a condensed administrative interior. The author Anna Uddenberg deals with the psychological level of working in an office space. However, she does not neglect its dark sides either. She represents these through the fragmentation of figures who lose their own autonomy and become passive parts of the given system. The fusion with the Herman Miller office chair, which promises comfort, then becomes the main motif of the entire cycle.

22 10 / 18:00 Vernissage and afterparty of the Anna Uddenberg exhibition

As always, the new exhibition comes with an opening ceremony, which will take place on October 22nd at 6:00 PM. This will give you the opportunity to be among the first to encounter Anna Uddenberg's work and experience the exhibition during its initial atmosphere.

Moreover, the evening does not end after the opening of the exhibition. After the official program, there will be an afterparty, which will offer a space for informal meetings and a joint end to the opening evening. Selected guests, including members of our Telegraph club, are invited to it.

Telegraph Club membership is not only associated with this event. It brings a whole range of other benefits across the program. If you are interested in membership, you can purchase it via the e-shop , or directly at the reception, even during the opening itself.

27 10 / 18:00 Open Studio: Ivana Bajec

Ivana Bajec is a Slovenian visual artist who was in residence at Telegraph during September and October. At the end of the month, you can see the results of her work through the Open Studio event. This event offers a unique opportunity to get up close and personal with her creative process.
Bajec's work is characterized by the connection of drawing, graphics and painting. The works themselves function as personal diary entries. He works with abstract shapes and figurative elements, which he connects with the symbolism of digital culture. Using experiment, improvisation and visual playfulness, he reflects the challenges of the current generation. In doing so, he moves on the border between social criticism and personal confession. He brings lightness to complex topics through pastel tonality and immediacy, thereby disrupting the anxious character of the present time. In this way, he sets up perspective and pure joy from the present moment against permanent uncertainty.

We look forward to seeing you!
