Jeff "Dude" Lebowski is the laziest guy in and around Los Angeles. He loves bowling, a cocktail called the White Bear, marijuana and his carpet. But thanks to a coincidence of names, he's thought to be a rich guy who, through a series of unbelievable coincidences, becomes the victim of blackmail. Instead of getting the real rich man Lebowski to pay for his soiled carpet, Jeff and his inept cronies must hand over the ransom for his spoiled daughter. All could have gone quite smoothly if Jeff's buddy Walter (John Goodman) hadn't decided to rake in the ransom money regardless of the consequences. The Big Lebowski is the now cult classic Coen Brothers film starring Jeff Bridges.
